Turn the dress inside out, reshape while damp and dry flat or on a padded hanger in the shade. Iron on low heat on the reverse. This dress is made in rayon. It is lightweight, soft on the skin and drapes fluidly, which is what gives the tiered skirt its movement.

Is this dress lined, and is it see-through?

This dress is unlined. It is not transparent or see-through, so it can be worn on its own without a slip underneath.

Does this dress have pockets?

No, this style does not have pockets.

Is this dress available in plus sizes like XXL or 3XL?

This particular style is available in sizes S to XL. Many of our other designs go up to 3XL, but some cuts cannot be made in every size — you can check the size chart on each product page or message us and we'll confirm.

Is the dress true to size, or should I size up?

It is true to size. If you fall between two sizes, choose the smaller size for a closer fit or size up for more ease. The smocked back gives some flexibility either way.

My back measurement is different from my bust — will this fit?

The back panel is smocked, so it stretches and adjusts across the back instead of fitting rigidly. The straps are adjustable too, which lets you set the bodice height where it sits best for you.

How do I measure myself for the right size?

Use a soft measuring tape over light clothing and measure the fullest part of your bust, the narrowest part of your waist and the fullest part of your hips. Compare these to the size chart on this page — our chart gives garment measurements, not body measurements.

Is this dress good for summer and hot weather?

Yes. Rayon is lightweight and breathable, and the sleeveless cut with a loose tiered skirt keeps it comfortable through warm days.
